Frew Pain & Partners was established in 2010 by James Pain, a dedicated chartered surveyor, very well known throughout the North East property market. Fast forward to 2020, James now has over 25 years practical property experience in the region.
The company is a specialist practice dealing primarily in commercial property agency within the industrial and logistic sectors for land and buildings.
The professional services offered include the sales and lettings of buildings and land, property acquisitions and development advice.
From the combination of extensive knowledge of all the industrial estates within the North East, current occupiers and network of requirements coupled with a hard working business ethics – Frew Pain & Partners can offer an unrivalled, invaluable client focused service within an ever demanding market place.
Founder James Pain has worked extensively within the Private and Public sector and become a knowledgeable experienced specialist within the industrial agency property market.
From leaving university in 1995, James worked as an industrial agent at regional head office at Storey Sons & Parker, until becoming qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1998, upon where he went to gain further experience at Newcastle City Council, (Property Department) dealing with a wide and varied management, agency and valuation issues.
Since 2000, James was employed by Sanderson Townend & Gilbert (more recently since their merger, Sanderson Weatherall), where he worked solely within Commercial Agency department, up to the position of Partner.
Whilst James’s core experience is industrial agency, he also has extensive knowledge in disposal advice with charities, residential & care home development, car showroom and petrol filling stations, listed residential / office buildings and contaminated sites.
Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, we are able to provide a strong regional service to all our clients.
Whilst there are no formal boundaries our operational experience extends up to the Scottish Borders, across to Cumbria and down to Teesside … although work can be undertaken anywhere.
